Officer Panel
Manage gallery photos and calendar events. Changes are saved automatically.
Upload photos directly to any month in the gallery. You can also delete existing photos from within the gallery itself — just hover over any photo to see the delete button.
Pin a message to the top of the home page — great for last-minute changes, sign-up reminders, or game-day hype. Clear it when it's no longer relevant.
Add events, sports games, and activities to the public calendar. They'll appear immediately for all visitors.
All Events
Add new members or remove existing ones. Changes appear immediately on the Members page and are saved automatically.
Current Roster
At the end of each school year, archive the current roster and gallery photos before clearing for the incoming class. Both members and photos are preserved permanently in the Years tab and can be browsed anytime.
Past Rosters
Update the name for each officer position. Edits are reflected live on the Members page once you click Save.
Customize the text, verse, stats, and buttons on the home page. These update instantly for all visitors.

Customize the scripture verses shown on the loading screen when members open the site. Enter verses in pairs — the verse text on one line, the reference on the next line, with a blank line between verses.
Update the link members use to submit photos for review. Paste a new Google Form URL here whenever you need to change the form.
Add shirts, stickers, or any merch items. Each item shows a product image, name, description, price, and a buy link (Google Form or external store).

Edit the items that scroll along the bottom banner. One item per line — keep them short for best results.
